Editing and converting images

Photos from modern phones are large, often come in formats like HEIC and WebP that not every app can open, and are rarely the exact size a website asks for. Quick tips

  • Uploading photos to a website? Resize them to 1920 pixels wide, then compress at 70–80% quality.
  • iPhone photo won't open on Windows? Convert it from HEIC to JPG.
